Mine has too be beating Cambridge at home to get promotion to the Premier league for the first time, would love to stand on that North Bank one final time. Rammed in there that day.

Remember it well.
For me it has to be the 1-1 v Man U that denied them the league. Fucking loved giving those cunts shit from my very close position in the east bank, and then watching their muppet salesmen try to sell "Man United Premier League Champions 1994/95" flags to them as they trudged along their row of coaches on the barking road.

Best 2 I ever attended were beating sheff wed 5-1 in the hartson/kitson save us season and a 4-3 home win on the final day against Leicester with cottee and abooooooooou trading goals for fun.
Oh and the small matter if a 1-0 win over sours thanks to fat frank, when ian Pearce broke

Probably the 2-1 quarter final win over Everton in '91.
Which was shortly followed by probably my favourite game overall, the semi final. Absolute shithouse in terms of football, but immense pride on a great day.

Perhaps most memorable as opposed to favourite was strangely enough a loss - when Dinamo Tbilisi dismantled us in 1981. Just something about it, can't quite figure it out.

Probably the second leg vs Ipswich. Unbelievable night.
Other than that, the 1-0 win over Chelsea in Di Canio's last home game was pretty special.

86 - Evening game vs Newcastle 8-1 was a memorable night.
4-1 vs Liverpool with Gales freekick was a brilliant night 1988 I think and Ince scored a wicked volley
but for me, the best game was when we lost to man utd and it was Beckhams return after WC sending off. it went off all fucking day and was a very tense affair culminating in a row in Euston which will always stay with me.

That West Ham 5 Newcastle 0 (Sir Trev hat trick) game I remember well, particularly for what seemed then to be a fantastic atmosphere that day. iirc, the hattrick was scored in the space of 12 minutes or something like that?
